Our unique model to accomplish our mission is to build intentional relationships between two of God's institutions, Church and government, by building intentional relationships between their shepherds.
We work to connect the shepherds of God's Church (pastors) to God's shepherds of government (the king or today's public officials).
Our purpose is to build intentional relationships that build into the shepherds of government (the king) as individual persons, as governmental shepherds, and as community partners to do good.
- As a Person: Governing authorities are ordinary people who have very few places they can safely be themselves. We work to provide that safe place where pastors and governing authorities can not only be themselves but also share their burdens.
- As a Shepherd: The greatest gift we can give a governing authority is helping them see who they are in Christ. We use the Word of God to help governing authorities see that in Christ, our governing leaders are shepherds. As pastors must look to the Chief Shepherd to lead and guide their church, our governing authorities must also look to Christ, the King of Kings, to lead and guide their nation or subdistrict.
- As a Partner: Governing authorities and pastors both carry the heavy load of a community's needs. We work to bring these two shepherds together to partner in solving the needs facing our communities, and in breaking bondage in individuals and families.
